Wenyuan Group Corp- WYGC- Announces the As of Huiling Ye, an individual (the “Seller”) and Hangzhou Wenyuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd (“Hangzhou Wenyuan ”, or the “Buyer”), a wholly foreign-owned enterprise organized in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) and Wenyuan Group Corp., a Nevada corporation which directly holds 100% ownership of Hangzhou Wenyuan (“WYGC”) have entered into this Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”).
